- STEP Case Managers see only the case notes that pertain to STEP. They can edit/delete only those case notes that they have authored.
- The Case Note List will default to only display one year's worth of case notes going back from current date. The Start Date and End Date can be changed to view the needed case notes.
- STEP Case Note topics include: Counseling, Customer Contact, Employer Contact, Family Contact, Job Coach, Job Lead, Placement, Progress Report, Service Provided, Site Visit, and STEP Referral.
