  3. Approval of Minutes
  4. Review Current Data
    The committee discussed the lack of transportation and this needs to be explored further in terms of youth and young adults getting to programming as well as to work. 
  5. Identify Other Data to be Collected 
    Look at the Gateway Foundation report on opioids and other reports focusing on opioid use in the inner city like the Chicago Urban League November and January reports. 
    Identify and examine reports on opioid use in the suburbs and rural areas of Illinois.
  6. Other
    Look at the data in terms of the numbers of youth in care downstate and across the whole state.  also look at younger parents in central and southern IL data that are releasing their infants to DCFS and another trend is 14 year olds and older who are being locked out of their family homes.  There was a discussion about what Nevada is doing with these groups of young adults and youth to decrease their problems and keeping the families together.
