Northern Illinois Spring Transition Fair

The Northern Illinois Transition Planning Committee is holding it's Spring Transition Fair April 19 from 9:00 am - 12:30pm at the Highland Community College, Student/Conference Center, 2nd floor, H 201, 2998 West Pearl City Road, Freeport.

Target audience are juniors and seniors with disabilities interested in learning more about transitioning from high school to college, employment, and/or independent living.
