All current or potential grantees must make certain the following things are completed before IDHS staff are allowed to accept a grant application:
5. Register and be in good standing with the Illinois Secretary of State (does not apply to government entities and schools)
6. Register with the GATA system
7. Pre-qualify by completing the Administrative and Fiscal Risk Assessment (ICQ) on the GATA system
All IDHS grant applicants must also register and access both the Community Service Agreement (CSA) system and the Centralized Repository Vault (CRV).
All grantees and Applicants must complete the Pre-Qualification Process, Internal Controls Questionnaire (ICQ), Programmatic Risk Assessment, the Uniform Grant Application, and enter a budget in the CSA Tracking System.
The Division of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse has two types of grants - regular and fixed-rate. Each type is offered in a table below. Find your grant and the corresponding information in the respective tables.
CSA Tracking System Grant Fixed Rate Budgets are not calculating correctly. Please submit a budget using the template. The Budget will need to be submitted to the CSA Tracking System once the problem is resolved. We will contact applicants that submit an application and do not have a budget in the CSA Tracking System.
