Provider Enrollment Information with HFS via the IMPACT Web Portal (pdf)

Dear Community Providers:

As you are aware, all Medicaid providers must enroll and revalidate provider enrollment information with HFS via the IMPACT (Illinois Medicaid Program Advanced Cloud Technology) web portal. The re-validation period for currently enrolled providers has started and lasts through December 31, 2015. If you have not re-validated, please visit the IMPACT web portal at http://www.illinois.gov/hfs/impact/Pages/default.aspx
