On a yearly basis, the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) randomly selects names of individuals living in Child Group Homes (CGH). DDD then visits and reviews the Child Group Homes to see how the provider complies with the Medicaid Waiver regulations and how they comply with their contract with DDD.

Please see Compliance Levels for DDD Review of Providers.

Child Group Home providers are required to submit plans of correction to improve their compliance, if needed. The Division may impose sanctions and cautionary measures (such as prohibiting new admissions, increasing monitoring, etc.) should the level of noncompliance warrant such action.

The table below lists the names of the Child Group Home providers reviewed during FY14, the ending dates of the reviews, and the compliance scores of the reviews.
