Division of Developmental Disabilities Review of Developmental Training Providers By Fiscal Year

Helping Families. Supporting Communities. Empowering Individuals.

On a yearly basis, the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) randomly selects names of individuals living in Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILAs).  DDD then visits and reviews to see how the CILA provider complies with the Medicaid Waiver regulations and with their contract with DDD.

Please see Compliance Levels for DDD Review of Providers

Providers are required to submit plans of correction as needed to improve their compliance. The Division may impose sanctions and cautionary measures (such as prohibiting new admissions, increasing monitoring, etc.) should the level of noncompliance warrant such action.
