Moderated Call for Region 2 West Crisis Care System Consumer & Family Education
The Department of Human Services/Division of Mental Health (DHS/DMH) requests the assistance of community providers within the 2 West and 3 North Regions in providing an opportunity for consumer/family education related to the resources being developed as a result of the planned closure of Singer Mental Health Center.
The purpose of this call is to provide individuals who might previously have been served by Singer Mental Health Center in a time of psychiatric crisis with information on the new Northwest Crisis Care System. This will include a description of services available as well as instructions on how to access those services.
DHS/DMH requests that each provider share this notice with consumers and families and make available a space adequate for such a call. This would include sufficient seating and access to a speaker phone for the participants.
