SAVE THE DATE…….

TRAINING FOR PHASE ONE OF THE CONVERSION OF CURRENT RESIDENTIAL AND HOUSING CAPACITY GRANTS TO SUPERVISED TRANSITIONAL RESIDENTIAL LEVEL OF CARE (Proposed Rule 140)

Training on Phase One of the Implementation of the draft Rule 140 Supervised Transitional Residential Level of Care will be held twice via webinar to allow providers sufficient opportunity to participate. Lines will be limited both times, so we ask that providers gather staff in one location to participate. Since this will be a webinar, access to a computer online will be required. Time will be allocated for questions and answers.

This training will walk providers through several pages of a spreadsheet that will gather information on all residential and housing sites currently in use. We will be asking for information about number of beds, FTEs of staff by credential, revenue amounts and their sources, LOCUS level of care recommendation, and provider plans for converting sites to Supervised Transitional Residential level of care. The person from your agency that needs to participate should be able to explain the requested data to others in order to assure accurate entry of the data after listening to the training.

The training is for all DMH funded residential and housing providers, not just those currentlyfunded with supervised capacity grant dollars.

Training is planned for Wednesday, July 18, 2012 from 11:00am to 12:00pm. The same training will be repeated on Thursday, July 19, 2012 from 11:00am to 12:00pm.

Details will follow soon.
