Copy and Paste:

  • Select the text you want to copy & paste. 
  • Hold the CTRL key down and press the letter C key or Right-Click (menu will appear & left click on Copy) - that will copy the selection to the clipboard.
  • Single left click at the location where you want to copy the selection. 
  • Hold the CTRL key down and press the letter V key or Right-Click (menu will appear & left click on Paste) - that will paste the selection to the new location and also leave the selection in it's original location.

Cut and Paste:

Undo and Redo: 

  • Hold the CTRL key down and press the letter Z key (that will undo the last mouse and/or keyboard action you did). 
  • Hold the CTRL key down and press the letter Y key (that will redo the last mouse and/or keyboard action you did). 
  • Undo and Redo can be done multiple times.

Bold, Italic or both: 

  • Select the text you want to bold.
  • Hold the CTRL key down and press the letter B key (that will BOLD the selection). 
  • Select the text you want to italize.
  • Hold the CTRL key down and press the letter I key (that will Italize the selection).
  • While the text is selected, you can do all three (bold & italize) the selection.

 Find: 

  • Click at the top of your window. 
  • Hold the CTRL key down and press the letter F key (that will open up the Find window). If you are using Internet Explorer - it will open a Find tool bar at the top of your window. 
  • Type the characters or word you want to find. 
  • Click on the Find Next button (it will go to the location in the document that matches your find criteria).
