GOAL:  To divert or minimize youth involvement with the child welfare and/or juvenile justice system.

TARGET:  Youth 11-17 years of age at risk of involvement with the child welfare and/or juvenile justice systems.

  • Conduct Full YASI Assessment

  • Develop a discharge plan
  • Appropriate referral and response determination
  • Follow-up on case plan referrals
