CN 13.09-Integrated Care Program (ICP)Expansion

Summary

  • CN 13.09/S, Important Information about Your Medical Benefits (pdf), will be mailed in March 2013 to persons who receive medical benefits under the Aid to the Aged, Blind and Disabled (AABD) program, but are not eligible for Medicare.
  • The Integrated Care Program (ICP) is expanding to include Winnebago, Boone and McHenry Counties.
  • More information about the ICP program will be mailed soon to persons who live in theses counties and who are required to enroll.

  • A new health plan provider, Community Care Alliance of Illinois (CCAI), has been added.
