On a yearly basis, the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) randomly selects names of individuals living in Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILAs). DDD then visits and reviews the CILA to see how the provider complies with the Medicaid Waiver regulations and how they comply with their contract with DDD.

CILA providers are required to submit plans of correction to improve their compliance, if needed. The Division may impose sanctions and cautionary measures (such as prohibiting new admissions, increasing monitoring, etc.) should the level of noncompliance warrant such action.
The table below lists the names of the CILA providers reviewed during FY13, the ending dates of the reviews, and the compliance scores of the reviews.
