Below in the CCTS Information column, items you currently use F Keys to view are listed with guidance on where to find the information in CCMS. Please make notes on how to navigate and where to look for the information that will be needed in your daily role.

Conduct a case search using the client's SSN or First/Last Name and Date of Birth, all cases will display in the Search Results section.
F10 Research indicator This field is no longer used.
F10 Access to view details of past or current approvals, denials and cancelations This information is not available in CCMS.

F17 Contract Menu - Information used by BCCD in management of Site contracts This information is not available in CCMS.
