Tasks and Reminders will appear under the Tasks page in CCMS. These items will assist you in following the steps to complete many processes as well as keep you informed on pending items important to you. The following list contains the tasks and reminders you may see and information as to how to create and clear each task or reminder.

Then the Deny Application Task will be generated if the Work Item type is Application. Case is set to Denied status. CCMS
Eligibility Redetermination /COI [Case #]: RAI not received - cancel case CCMS will automatically generate this task if the First RAI or Second RAI is sent to client, the client doesn't respond to RAI, and the RAI task is overdue. Then Cancel Case Task will be generated if the Work Item Type is COI or RAI. Case is set to Cancelled status. CCMS
Eligibility Case Maintenance SSN Verification CCMS will interface with FTP to verify the SSN is valid. If the SSN is valid, request will be sent for RIN and a Case Maintenance Work Item is created, with a "valid SSN" task sent to the appropriate team. If the SSN is invalid, a Case Maintenance Work Item is created, with an "invalid SSN" task sent to the appropriate team. Eligibility Case Maintenance Active Client Turning 20 If the Active Head of Household is turning twenty next month, CCMS will have this task sent to the appropriate team. Eligibility Case Maintenance Active Case Mult Children same DOB If the active case has multiple children with the same DOB, CCMS will have this task sent to the appropriate team. Eligibility Case Maintenance Child on Multiple Cases If there are two cases with at least one child on each case with the same RIN or the same Last Name, First Name, and DOB, CCMS will have this task sent to the appropriate team.
