Summary:
The All Kids Premium Level 3 through 8 program will end at midnight on June 30, 2012.
Remaining All Kids Premium Level 3-8 cases will be centrally canceled effective July 2012.
References to All Kids Premium Levels 3-8 are removed from the manual with this release.
