Information Memo: CN 12.07, All Kids Premium Level 3-8 Notice
Summary:
Effective July 1 2011, state law required the All Kids program to impose an income limit that is 300% of the federal poverty level (FPL).
Children who were already enrolled in All Kids Premium Level 3 through 8 as of July 1, 2011 could remain on the program until June 30, 2012 if otherwise eligible.
CN 12.07/S, (pdf)
is being sent to all active All Kids Premium Level 3-8 cases in March 2012 to remind them that the program will end at midnight on June 30, 2012.
