Use this wizard to search for and view team information. Each Team will be assigned a Team Name, Organization, Members, Work Item Types, and Supervisor(s).

You can edit the following Team Information:

  • Team Members
  • Team Work Item Types
  • Team Supervisors

Search for a Team - Process Steps:

  1. On the Manage Team page, select the Search sub-tab.
  2. Navigate to the Team Search section of the page.
  3. Select the correct Organization from the drop-down list. Another term for organization is agency.
  4. Select the desired Work Item Type from the drop-down list.
  5. Select at least one User/Supervisor from the drop-down list. All of the users assigned to the selected organization are listed in the drop-down menu.
    • Select All from any of the drop-down lists if you do not wish to search for a specific an organization, work item, or user.
  6. Click [Search] to continue or click [Reset] to cancel the action.
  7. The results display in the Team Search Results section of the page.
  8. Review the information in the Team Search Results section of the page. You can view the Work Item Types and Users/Supervisors assigned to each team.

    • For detailed information on the team's Users, Work Item Types, Or Supervisor: Click the User, Work Item Type, or Supervisor links to view that sub-tab.

Update Team Members - Process Steps:

  1. Conduct a Team Search by referencing the Search for a Team section of this wizard.
  2. In the Team Search Results section of the page, find the team you wish to update and select the hyperlink in the team's row under the User List column. The User tab displays.
  3. All users currently assigned to the team display in the Team Members column.
  4. Select the checkbox next to a user from the Organization Users column and click [==>] to add a user to the team.
  5. Select the checkbox next to a user from the Team Members column and click [<==] to remove a user from the team.
  6. Click [Save].
    • Remember! To see the changes made to the User List, Work Item Type or Supervisor List log out, then log back in to CCMS.

Update Team Work Item Types - Process Steps:

  1. Conduct a Team Search by referencing the Search for a Team section of this wizard.
  2. In the Team Search Results section of the page, find the team you wish to update and select the hyperlink in the team's row under the Work Item Type column. The Work Item tab displays.
  3. The current Work Item Types assigned to the team display in the Team Work Item Types column.
  4. Select the checkbox next to a user from the Organization Work Item Types column and click [==>] to assign a Work Item Type to the team.
  5. Select the checkbox next to a user from the Team Work Item Types column and click [==>] to remove a Work Item Type to the Team.
  6. Click [Save].
    • There are two pages of Organization Work Item Types. Click [2] at the bottom of the Organization Work Item Types column to view additional options.

Update Team Supervisors - Process Steps:

  1. Conduct a Team Search by referencing the Search for a Team section of this wizard.
  2. In the Team Search Results section of the page, find the team you wish to update and select the hyperlink in the team's row under the Supervisor List column. The Supervisor tab displays.
  3. The current Supervisors assigned to the team display in the Team Supervisor column.
  4. Select the checkbox next to a user from the Organization Supervisor column and click [==>] to assign a Supervisor to the team.
  5. Select the checkbox next to a user from the Team Supervisor column and click [==>] to remove a Work Item Type to the Team.
  6. Click [Save].

Update Team Name - Process Steps:

  1. Conduct a Team Search by referencing the Search for a Team section of this wizard.
  2. In the Team Search Results section of the page, find the team you wish to update and click the team name to highlight the row.
  3. Click [Update Team Name].
  4. Enter the new team name in the Team Name field.
    • You cannot delete a team or change a team's organization.
  5. Click [Save].

Results of the Procedure:

The CCMS team has updated members, supervisors, or assigned Work Item Types.
