BCCD Expert CCMS Training Roadmap – This training curriculum is designed for CCMS experts. A CCMS expert can have any role in CCMS. It is a person chosen by their organization to be trained on all aspects of CCMS, not just on their assigned role.
BCCD Inquiry-Only CCMS Training Roadmap – This training curriculum is designed for the CCMS users who have read-only access into CCMS.
BCCD Manager CCMS Training Roadmap – This training curriculum is designed for CCMS Supervisors.
BCCD Reports-Only CCMS Training Roadmap – This training curriculum is designed for CCMS users who only have access to create and manage CCMS reports.
BCCD Scanning-Only CCMS Training Roadmap – This training curriculum is designed for CCMS users who will only access CCMS to scan or validate documents.
BCCD Super User CCMS Training Roadmap – This training curriculum is designed for CCMS super users.This course is by invitation only and is targeted at users in the Bureau of Child Care and Development.
Caseworker CCMS Training Roadmap – This training curriculum is designed for CCMS caseworkers. In different CRR&R/Sites, this role may also be called CCAP Worker, CCTS Worker, CCAP Specialist, or Eligibility Worker.
