Create a Work Item - Process Steps:

  1. On the Work Item tab, select the Work Item Search from the left Navigation menu.
  2. Select Source from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select Work Item Type from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Assigned Org from the drop-down menu.
  5. Additional information to add to new Work Item:
    • Assigned Team
    • Assigned Worker
    • Provider Number
    • Case Number
    • Case Name
    • Provider Name
    • Status
  6. Click [Save] to save work item.

The more information you can provide for the Search criteria will narrow down the results displayed. 


Approve a Work Item [Shared Case] - Process Steps:

  1. On the Work Item tab, select the Work Item Search from the left Navigation menu.
  2. Review information provided for review.
  3. Click Approval Level:
    • Approved by BCCD
    • Approved by Carol Anderson
    • Approved by Skip-A-Long
  4. Click [Save].

Refer a Work Item - Process Steps:

  1. On the Work Item tab, select the Work Item Details from the left Navigation menu.
  2. Select Source from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select Work Item Type from the drop-down menu.
  4. Select Sub-Type from the drop-down menu.
  5. Select Referral Party by selecting Refer to CCR&R/Site or Refer to BCCD.

Results of the Procedure:

The Work Item has been created, approved and referred.
