New e-RIN Password Assistance Procedures

As of June 16, 2011 there is a new process in place to have e-RIN passwords reset.

Please send an email message to the CMS Tech Support Team requesting that your RACF ID password be reset. Upon reciept of the email, a CMS Technician will call with the password reset information.

The email should include the following information:

  • User's Full Name
  • Agency/Organization you work for
  • RACF User ID assigned to the user
  • Telephone number you can be reached at
