MR #11.09: Pending and Appealed CAU Barrier Decisions
Summary:
Beginning 4/26/11, for Category 04/06, two new values are enterable in the SUP. BY field of Item 80 Code 156 DRD to indicate a pending or appealed CAU barrier decision.
Enter the date the customer claimed a barrier to work and training activities based on their medical condition or that of a family member when an initial CAU decision is pending, with SUP. BY code P.
Enter the date the customer appealed CAU's denial of a barrier with SUP. BY code A.
Pending and appealed CAU decisions are selected for Code X on the Priority Action List four months after the date entered in Item 80 Code 156.
