Information Memo: Medical Field Operations - New Address, Michigan FCRC - New Address and Renamed South Loop FCRC

Summary:

• On January 24, 2011, the Medical Field Operations office (LO 200) is moving to a new address.

• On January 31, 2011, the Michigan Family Community Resource Center (LO 202) is moving to a new address.  The office is now called the South Loop Family Community Resource Center.
• On January 31, 2011 Teen Parent Services Offices serving customers from Garfield, Western, Oakland, and Michigan, will be moving to a new address.
