  1. The Comptroller processed my payment. Why isn't it on my card?

    Call the DHS Provider Help Line at 1-800-804-3833 to see if payment is pending. Please be aware that the Bank has up to two working days to post payments to your card from the time the Comptroller issues the payment. If the payment has been issued, you may call the ACS Call Center at  1-866-338-2944 to verify the deposit in 2 working days.

  2. I have a debit card and am still receiving a paper check.

    Some payment were issued as checks instead of on the Debit card due to a system problem, however, there could be other issues with your payment (involuntary withhold, for example).

    Child Care Providers call the Vouchering Unit at 217-785-7790.

    Personal Assistants call PA Document Processing at 217-557-6479.

  3. I have pending payments that have not been received.  Who do I contact?

    Call the DHS Provider Help Line at 1-800-804-3833.

  4. I called the DHS Provider Help Line and it indicated that there were no payments pending.

    Child Care Providers, contact the office that handles your child care case (CCR&R). Call 1-800-843-6154 to inquire which office manages your area.

    Personal Assistants, contact the DRS Office handling your client.

  6. When will my payment be deposited onto my Debit card?

    Child Care Providers, Please be aware that the Bank has up to two working days to post payments to your card from the time the Comptroller issues the payment.

    Personal Assistants, payments will be deposited on the scheduled pay date. You may check the DHS Provider Help Line at 1-800-804-3833 to see if any payments are pending.

    Call the ACS Call Center at 1-866-338-2944.  Please be aware that the Bank has up to two working days to post payments to your card.

    • Personal Assistants  - Payments will not be deposited until the Scheduled Pay Date.
    • Child Care Providers - Please be aware that the Bank has up to two working days to post payments to your card from the time the Comptroller issues the payment. The date the Comptrollers issues a payment can be found on the Provider Help Line.
  2. I received a paycheck statement but the money has not been deposited to the Debit card, what do I do?
