POLICY INFORMATION

Subject:

Staff Supervision Arrival/Departure of Participants

Policy:

It is the policy of Kankakee County Teen REACH Programs that all participants will be monitored by adult program staff at arrival and departure and throughout the program schedule.

Procedure:

  1. Staff will be present at the time of arrival and departure to sign participants in and out of the program and to monitor the participants throughout the program schedule.
  2. Only Authorized persons (those identified in writing) will be allowed to pick up a participant from the program. The program staff will refuse to release a child to any person, whether related or unrelated to the child, who has not been authorized, in writing, by the parent or guardian to receive the child.
