The Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes Reporting System (APORS) Infant Follow-up Summary has combined the reports of 0 to 12 and 13 to 24 months old age groups.  The report also illustrates Cook County, Downstate, and Statewide totals of infant follow-up visits in Illinois.
