Active Treatment Field is Blank
The DD ISC/PAS agency that did the pre-admissions screening level of care determination has not yet transmitted active treatment status information to the Department.
Contact the ISC/PAS agency to ensure that the active treatment information has been transmitted and that the individual's SSN used by the ISC/PAS agency matches the SSN on your ROCS system.
Service Date is Before Active Treatment Effective Date
If you have a pre-award letter, fax a copy to the Medicaid Waiver Unit at (217) 558-2799 and staff will correct the problem.
If not, contact the ISC agency to make sure they transmitted the correct date.
