This means that the ROCS case registration information was not transmitted or was not accepted by DHS by the time the bill was processed.

Check the status of the ROCS case information for the individual on your PC:

  • If the status is accepted, retransmit the bills.
  • If the status is pending, create a case information file and transmit it to DHS.
  • If the status is rejected, make the necessary corrections and then create a case information file and transmit it to DHS.
