  • Coming soon, a new client account website where clients will be able to check their link account balance and recent transactions, select a PIN, and disable and order a replacement card.

When you call the Illinois Link Help Line, you will need:

  • The full 9-digit social security number
  • Date of Birth
  • 19-digit Illinois Link card number printed on the front of the card, or your PIN

Note: The social security number and date of birth are usually for the primary card holder, but may be for a child in the case.
