Registration Process

  1. Read the Registration Policy
  2. Complete the IL462-0104 - OIG Training Registration Form (pdf) to register for your courses.
  3. Fax to the Office of the Inspector General, Attention: Randy Weigler, at (217) 786-6921

Registration Rules/Notes

  • Registration form must be received 7 days before the training date.
  • No phone registrations will be accepted.
  • If the class is full, you will be notified of an alternative training date.
