If a TAP is approved in error, report the error to the FCRC administrator or designee who will send the information to the All Kids Liaison. The following information is needed to request an adjustment (recoupment) for a TAP issued in error:
- case name,
- case ID,
- name of the AKAA,
- provider number,
- tracking number, and
- the reason the TAP should be denied.
HFS will adjust the AKAA's account and recoup the overpayment out of future TAPs.
