Agencies may choose one of two models of operation. If an agency has more than one site, all sites must operate on the same model.

  • Model A: Programs must be operational for 9 consecutive months (180 days per years, which is an average of 20 days per month).
  • Model B: Programs must be operational for 12 consecutive months (240 days per year, which is an average of 20 days per month).

Regardless of the model chosen, each program site must operate an average of 15 hours per week.
