Report Item: Clinic

  • Data Entry Screen - Program Information (PA15)

    • Selection Criteria - Participants who were active in more than one clinic during their pregnancies are only counted in the last clinic where they became active

Report Item: Count and Percent of Women Starting Program Participation by Trimester

  • Data Entry Screen - Initial Prenatal (PA07)

    • Selection Criteria - EDC date during the report period

    • Selection Criteria - Participants who were active in the program (WIC for the WIC report or CM for the Family Case Management report) during pregnancy. The trimester when program participation began is calculated using the program open/cert date and the EDC date. The first trimester is up to 14 weeks and the second trimester is 14 through 26 weeks.
