The Division of Human Capital Development has 115 offices across the state. These offices, called Family Community Resource Centers,
(FCRCs) provide many types of services to people. We work with our customers, providers, and advocates to achieve high standards of service. We also work with our local communities.
Read our mission statement to learn more about the scope of our work. While food stamps, cash assistance, and medical programs are the three services
that are most well known, there are many other programs and services offered through this division. (See the Programs/Services list below.)
Our central office bureaus and their staff oversee the programs and policies that govern our work. They also monitor the contractual arrangements we have with our many partners and providers. Find out more about the bureaus by clicking
the links on the right.
