If an AABD Cash/SNAP case or a TANF Cash/SNAP case includes a person who is an ineligible noncitizen for SNAP, enter the total number of persons in the SNAP unit. This includes all eligible, excluded, and sanctioned members.
NOTE: The system prorates AABD Cash (Categories 01, 02, and 03) and TANF Cash (Categories 04, 06, P4, and P6) benefits for the SNAP budgeting.
