All Kids
Medical programs for pregnant women and persons under 19. There are 5 All Kids Programs: Moms and Babies, All Kids Assist, All Kids Share, All Kids Premium, and All Kids Rebate.
All Kids Application Agent
A provider who has an agreement with HFS to help identify children and pregnant women who are potentially eligible for All Kids. They complete and submit All Kids applications to the HFS All Kids Unit. They are paid for each completed application which
results in at least one person who is eligible for All Kids.
All Kids Assist
Medical assistance (category 94 or 96) for children whose income is above the Family Assist income standard, but equal to or less than the All Kids Assist Standard.
Moms and Babies
Medical assistance (category 94 or 96) for pregnant women and infants under 12 months born to eligible women whose income is above the Family Assist Standard, but equal to or less than the Moms and Babies Standard.
All Kids Premium
Program that provides medical benefits to persons under 19 ineligible for Medicaid with income greater than 150% of the FPL but equal to or less than 185% of the FPL.
All Kids Rebate
Program that reimburses policyholders for the cost of health insurance paid for children ineligible for Medicaid whose income is greater than 133% of the FPL but equal to or less than 185% of the FPL.
All Kids Share
Program that provides medical benefits to persons under 19 ineligible for Medicaid with income greater than 133% of the Federal Poverty Level but equal to or less than 150% of the FPL.
KIDS
KIDS is the abbreviation for Key Information Delivery System. KIDS is the main data processing system for the Division of Child Support Enforcement. KIDS replaced the Family Support Information System (FSIS).
