Do not report the following to the TPL Section:
- Medicare.
- Personal injury.
- Workers' Compensation.
- Disability or accident policies.
- Dental only policies.
- School insurance for elementary or high school students.
- Health insurance policies when coverage ended before the first month of medical eligibility.
- Coverage provided at Veterans' Administration facilities.
- Pharmaceutical Assistance Program (Circuit-Breaker) through the Illinois Department of Revenue.
- Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan (CHIP).
- Perinatal payment program for high risk babies through the Illinois
