WAG 28-05-00: CTA Transit Cards (Cook County)

WAG 28-05-09: Keeping Records

(CoF) Keeps copies of Transportation Fund Authorizations (Form 2366) and Transportation Fund Daily Summary Sheet (Form 2366B) for one year.
(CoF) If no special instructions are received, destroys Form 2366 and Form 2366B after one calendar year.
(ERFU) Processes records for retention, storage, and destruction based on current policy (see WAG 28-01-00).
