1. (Comptroller) Voids all documents returned as undeliverable.

    NOTE: Undeliverable MediPlan cards are returned directly to WCU for preparation of the listing of Undeliverable MediPlan Cards. 

  2. (Comptroller) Prepares and sends PA 5 to WCU.
  3. (WCU/HFS WCU) Sends PA 5s and Forms 2672 to the FCRC.
