An "update" is any TPL referral submitted for the same case after the original HFS 1442/1442CF, Health Insurance Resource Report, is sent to the TPL Section. Send updates to report:

  • an additional TPL resource after one has already been reported,
  • TPL coverage for a person whose name was not included on the original referral, and
  • the end of a resource for a member(s) of the unit.
