The Family Community Resource Center staff help in the Child Support Enforcement (CSE) Program by taking and reporting actions and information to DCSE. The Family Community Resource Center:
- determines if paternity is established;
- forwards information about the noncustodial parent or alleged father to DCSE;
- conducts a paternity interview;
- reports support orders and payments to DCSE; and
- reports changes to DCSE.
