The Key Information Delivery System (KIDS) notifies the Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE) of all:
- approvals;
- suspensions;
- resumptions;
- cancellations;
- sanctions;
- reinstatements;
- additions and deletions of a dependent child to the cash or medical assistance unit;
- inter-office transfers of cases;
- changes in program eligibility;
- changes in the basis of a child's eligibility;
- account information; and
- all known information relating to the noncustodial parent.
