The Bureau of Internal Audits (BIA) conducts periodic reviews. Findings are discussed in an exit conference with FCRC staff.
FCRC works with regional and central office staff to create a corrective action plan (CAP).- BIA then sends quarterly update requests to central office staff to ensure the CAPs are implemented as stated."
