  2. (FCRC) Nonexempt GA-TA clients should sign and receive a copy of Conciliation Agreement for TA cases (Form 3392).

(FCRC or Provider) SNAP clients should sign and receive a copy of SNAP Conciliation Agreement (Form 3392A).
