Notify the client in writing of an assessment appointment within 30 days from the date:
- a nonexempt client's request for SNAP is approved;
- an exempt client becomes nonexempt; or
- an exempt client volunteers for SNAP E & T.
The notice informs the client of:
- the date and time of the meeting;
- the purpose of the meeting;
- the consequences of failing to attend;
- the right to reschedule for good cause; and
- the name, address, and telephone number of the worker to contact.
