When the client's TANF case is canceled at the time of the request, a client may be eligible for supportive services if:
- the case was canceled due to employment;
- the request is made within the first 3 fiscal months after the client last received cash benefits; and
- the case is receiving a medical extension or has been swapped to Medical.
The client is not eligible if the request is made more than 3 fiscal months after cash assistance stopped.
