Record on the RSP how the client meets the work requirement or why it does not apply. If it applies, the client must report on 
Form 4006 that they continue to meet the work requirement.
If it applies and the client is not meeting the work requirement, meet with the client and revise the RSP to remove Vocational Training. and add a new activity.
