(Client/Grievant) If a client or regular employee reports that a work experience assignment is causing displacement, the complaint must be in writing and must include the following:

  • name of client and grievant (if different);
  • case number;
  • Social Security Number;
  • address;
  • work experience assignment (work site);
  • why they believe displacement has occurred.

(FCRC) Forward displacement grievances to the Bureau of Employability Development Services.
