For active cases, when income information is obtained from code C on the PAL or a crossmatch listing, to get the income information to figure the overpayment:
- (FCRC) Send Instructions to Recipient - PAL "C" Code Cases (Form 1721C) to the client.
- Set a 10-day control. See WAG 23-03-02 for procedures if verifications are not received.
If the client contacts the FCRC within 10 days and says they are unable to provide wage verifications:
- (FCRC) Send Request for Employment Verifications (Form 266/Form 266A) to the employer requesting the needed information.
- (FCRC) Set a 30-day control.
