HFS pays a Home Health Agency the lower of the agency's usual charge, the agency's Medicare rate, or HFS's approved rate. HFS pays a Registered Nurse (RN) at a negotiated rate. Home health services are not covered for Category 07 TA clients if the care is provided by a hospital.
